NORWAY. Oscar II. 1 Øre 1885. 0
NMB-115b; KM-352. Weight: 2 grams (Bronze .). The so-called "poker variety". A while back in history, there surfaced around 140 pieces from England, all very much uncirculated. They were said to have been used as "poker-jetons", and all of them had a distinct thick and bulky lions mane. Being that 1885 is scarce, all the coins were deemed as counterfeits, as they didn't look like the others. However, there surfaced circulated pieces with the same dies, proving it to be a legit coin.
